Be on the look out for any mail coming from The Heritage Lake POA Office. A lot of information is being sent out. Please open everything you receive.
Upcoming Events
February 10th: Annual Chili Cook-off sponsored by Neighborhood watch. Do you make the best chili around? If so, please call or stop by the POA office to register your chili. If you prefer to taste test and judge - Mark your calendars now so you don't miss out!
February 24th: 2024 HLPOA Annual Meeting. This meeting is held at the Clubhouse Lower Level from 1:30p - 3:30p.
March 3rd: Campground selection Meeting. This meeting is held at the Clubhouse at 1:00pm.
March 15th: Marina Opens for the Season.
March 23rd: Easter Egg Hunt. The hunt is held on the Clubhouse Ground at 11am.
Dates for 2024 Events are being added to "Events" on the Home Page as they are reported to the POA office. Don't forget to check this often to Start planning your 2024 fun.
Wood is still available - Call the POA office to schedule pick-up or delivery.
Boat Slip and Tie-Up Renewal Paperwork was mailed out to those with a 2023 spot. Those forms and payments are due back to the POA office by February 15, 2024 to secure for 2024.
Campground Renewal Paperwork was mailed out to those with a 2023 spot. Those forms and Payments are due back to the POA office by February 26, 2024 to secure for 2024.
2024 Assessments will be mailed out in February. Assessments are Due by April 1, 2024.
Voting ballots for the open Board Member positions will be sent out with Assessments.
